Fake goods not represrntative of items ordered
I was sent a fake replica of a thick green/blue glass large cup with a wave on that i ordered from a fake photo! I received instead a thin clear cup that has wave motif on and if hot water was put in it, it would certainly crack. Customer service were useless. Just kept offering me stupid tiny discounts. They never addtessed their misrepresentation or dishonesty. I went via my credit card for a dispute chargeback, as they would not budge. GRRR.
