Missing items!
I got my costume but the gloves were missing. Not to mention, the costume was terribly put together and strings were everywhere. Regarding the missing part, I asked customer service for a replacement for the gloves but nothing you buy is more free of charge until you get it. Apparently, you need to pay the shipping for replacement items (I'm not even trying to replace anything! It was never shipped with the package!) It's understandable how a people try to rush things to get orders filled in but order is lacking in this company. They should verify that all parts of a costume should be put together before they ship it. I'm partially unsatisfied because they don't make up for their mistakes and ask the buyer to reach into his or her wallet for extra dough to fix it.
