Appalling company!
I really wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering from this company. Just recently I placed an order for wooden play food for my Grandsons birthday.The order arrived promptly but on receiving the parcel the box had a huge gash on the side. The order inside was packed very poorly and all the items were loose so I was fortunate that all the pieces hadn’t escaped through the hole in the box whilst in transit!! Due to the very substandard packing some of the items had transference marks on them. I emailed the company to complain and asked for new and it was suggested the whole order was returned. I explained that I needed the order for my Grandsons imminent birthday. He suggested that I use an eraser for the marks! There was no apology for the state of the poorly packed toys and no suggestion of perhaps sending some more as a gesture of good will. The emails had an air of arrogance and I told them that I was very disappointed with their attitude and would not order again. I would suggest that this company is avoided at all cost!!!
