Stone fell off setting within 2 months
Bought a moonstone ring as a gift for my girlfriend in October. In January the stone fell out of the setting. Complained to Moonstone. The response was fast but they are saying the stone fell out due to normal wear and tear. So 2 months wearing the ring is enough for the stone to fall off from normal wear and tear? Come on. That’s either sign of bad quality of the rings or a company not taking their customers serious. Either or, I honestly would recommend looking elsewhere for jewelry
