Ridiculous returns process which is costly.
Paid £4.99 for item to be delivered. Sizing poor and too small (football boots). Drove to in-store and told that online purchases can no longer be returned in store. I have to post back - costing another £4.99!! Sports direct also no longer take blue light discount for NHS workers
