Garden Rooms need improving
Stayed for a week 18-25 June - on arrival lobby/reception was spotlessly clean as was the walk to our room through the grounds - everything looked immaculate. We arrived at our room to find it was like visiting your great, great granny - very dated dark furniture but clean enough. Had a problem with the electrics one night with sockets smoking so were moved early hours of the morning. Again another very dated room. Food during Eid was not to our liking but once Eid finished it was very enjoyable! The animation staff were excellent at getting people to join in - particularly Mia and Lily - they were lovely girls so friendly yet professional. The 2 lads were good too and really got into it! Visited the shops across the road at Sun City and wished we hadn’t - the men will not leave you alone and don’t like the word No!! Put us off going out again which was a great shame as we had money to spend there. Bar staff and restaurant staff were all lovely and keen to serve you. Only downside is pool staff asking for money - you don’t come away to be hastled. Would we return? Probably not to a garden room would need to see what the other rooms look like before committing. Late room checkout not bookable which was a great shame as we weren’t picked up until 1830 this would be another contributary factor to whether we’d return or not
