Poor quality and impossible returns policy. The link to complete a returns request is broken, so you need to email back and forth before they agree to manually process the return AND then they take 15% restocking fee and you need to pay for a tracked return to Austria. In the end they make it so hard and costly that it's not worth the hassle. Don't buy from here
