Poor quality, web site didn’t match the under lay to the carpet in square metres
The site, customer service the delivery and price were all good. I was disappointed that I ordered underlay to go with the carpet and only one roll covering 15 square meters arrived. The carpet was 30 square meters. I had to assist the delivery driver as the roll was 70kg and I’m not that young. The carpet fitter wasn’t impressed with the quality, we found 3 deep knife marks at the backing of the carpet however the cut wasn’t deep enough to completely separate the carpet and the fitter made good. The fitter explained that if anything had gone wrong on the day then he would have wanted paying as he’d booked me in for the morning . I would then have had to re wrap a 4 mtr roll of carpet and arranged collection and delivery of a new one. So all in all I wouldn’t opt for this again and use a carpet store and their fitters if anything goes wrong then they sort it.
