Brilliant application terrible billing
Brilliant application. Terrible support. I've used this service for several years and been super happy. I've just retired the printers that were using the service. The yearly billing cycle just went through without warning. I emailed immediately thinking they would cancel the renewal as there would be zero cost to them. I just get emails back quoting their terms and conditions with a FY attitude. They would rather keep my years subscription than have me as a customer when I need their service again. Beware! Update: This was resolved with a full refund.
