If it isn’t broken… Don’t fix it !!!
It seems I’m not alone with my disappointment, as I see loads of loyal long term users are finding problems with their cameras and app. I’m searching online to find why I can’t connect mine up and just find a bunch of people upset they can’t either. I’ve been using Cleverdog for years, I however only use them when I leave home for holidays; super easy, plug them in and they connect to your phone so you can see live footage of what your camera sees and well, etc, etc… they worked great. A few months back, I even bought a second camera and again, it worked just great. However, it’s seems in the time I used them last, about 4 months, an update has occurred and now my cameras won’t connect to my phone. I can’t delete them either to try and reset and also there are now adverts popping up everywhere within the app. So sad Cleverdog, what to do now!? Throw the cameras away and delete the app!?! I mean I can’t sell the cameras if they don’t work! I’ll just have to find another security solution elsewhere! What a shame, real shame.
