They get the money but they didn’t respond
I placed my order with yoybuy, I used PayPal to do the payment, the amount was taken but the confirmation order step didn’t complete.. I try to cancel the payment through PayPal they told me to contact yoybuy and ask them to cancel the order and do refund since the amount already transfer to there PayPal account, I emailed them but they didn’t respond Update: after two days they released the amount and do process my order
