I purchased the extended warranty with my G2 PRO. Kukirin support team helped with a number of issues. They sent parts when required together with videos to help the maintenance/repair. I am super happy that there was a warranty and that the team were able to help so quickly. I recommend the site for anyone interested in an electric scooter. Craig in Sweden
