I ordered a chainsaw that failed on first usage. Contacted customer service and got the stock reply of send images and video which i did and then asked to get it fixed myself. Obviously i rejected the offer and demanded a refund and asked how they intended to retrieve their failed product This is a very shortened version of events and suffice to say that I will not be using the services of banggood (bangbad) again....
