Worst service I have ever encountered
I ordered a cycling kit from you previously, and that kit turned out great. Our non-profit changed the layout of the logo, but not the colors, so I ordered a 2nd one in order to provide a sample for prospective buyers. I sent the Vector image of the new logo, and said to use the same color codes as the first jersey. You asked ME to provide color codes... how the hell do I know what codes you used? Then I sent RGB color codes, then CMYK color codes in two different formats. I even sent an Excel chart with the color codes and colors themselves in the cells. And yet today, I receive a cycling kit with the new logo on the chest and shorts side panels in completely wrong colors... yet you somehow manage to get the side panels in the jersey done correctly! Obviously, I will not be re-ordering from you. I will certainly pay more to another vendor when they can at least get the colors correct.
