Awful customer support
I'm sure this mower has the potential to be good as offers a bit more tech than the likes of Husqvarna which I've used for years. The customer service and support is awful though which is concerning and this before getting the product. My order for the Luba 5000x was duplicated and i requested a cancellation and refund (they take the payment straight away) and still waiting. Online chat keep saying that it's getting referred to the correct department and no response to emails/tickets. If it does ever arrive, it's like;y they'll send both. Thinking about trying to cancel the whole thing and requesting a chargeback through my bank.
