In November 2023 I purchased an Aosu video doorbell to compliment my CCTV home system. I chose Aosu because it was competitively priced and free from subscriptions. After an easy and user friendly installation I was very impressed with its quality and performance and have come to rely on it more than my CCTV. In February 2024 the doorbell developed a technical problem. I contacted Aosu customer services for assistance and was pleased when they responded quickly and resolved the issues with my doorbell. Overall it is refreshingly different to deal with a Company which is equally focused on product quality and it after sales customer services. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aosu as a provider of quality products and technical support
