WECARGO Group International Limited Shenzhen Headquarter:205,A Buiding, Guochengtong Logistics Park, Shenshan Road, Longgang, Shenzhen,China WECARGO were engaged to ship Monitors, keyboards, mice, Projectors & headphones from China for schools in Kenya. A payment was made to WECARGO upfront for the shipment of these goods. Chris Wu was our contact at WECARGO Group. He engaged COC/SGS to technically verify the goods where upon 2 of our suppliers passed on a consignment of Projectors and headphones to WECARGO. COVID-19 intervened in the middle of this transaction and Chris Wu then notified us that it was proving difficult to technically verify the goods. After initial back & forth with WECARGO all responses from WECARGO stopped. We asked WECARGO to return the goods they were sitting on back to the suppliers. WECARGO have failed to respond to messages and email that the product be returned back to the shipper. It looks very much like that we have lost our total payment for shipment and also lost our projectors & headphones. We are disappointed with this company and think they are not a customer focused and a warning to others as they may even be running a scam. A good compromise would have been if they would have returned the projectors and headphones to our suppliers.
