This review relates to supports prompt and very fair treatment of my challenge account where I breached as a result of 14 days of inactivity. The firm had since altered this to 30 or so and when I highighted this they were prepared to let me restart. They listened to my case and I felt heard. Very happy they did not dismiss my request out of hand like other firms such as CFT who have no such empathy or trader understanding.
