I bough a High end phone ($350), Zopo ZP980 which was suppose to work GSM quadband and 3g 850 2100, so Ok to work in Canada. It was only on paper, in fact it is working only on GSM twoband (no 850 1900)and the 3g do not work on voice (like a tablet). So this phone do not work in Canada Pandawill deny for close two month but finally send me a RMA. It cost me $80 to return this expensive phone. And now they do not want to refund me just send me a "repair" one. Not only that they propose to me to send me back the same phone, who wants a $350 phone which is a brick in your country? It is a nightmare since the beginning and continue to be a nightmare. No help, no technical department, inefficient after sales service They lie all time until your are discouraged. Pandawill is a shame for the Chinese market.
