Total rip off
Total rip off. Ordered a pottery cat 2 months ago. Beginning of September they cancel my order saying they can't get an import license for this item to be bought into the UK. Can't import a pottery cat, what a lie. So they've put a credit onto my account so I can purchase more stuff they can't supply. I have asked for my money back but apparently takes over a month to do. A total rip off. Avoid at all costs.
