Regret my purchase already
My electric bike arrived 4 days ago. Very poor instruction manual so I paid a cycle mechanic £50 to assemble it. He could not fit the rear rack because one of the threads had gone so ir is now tied on. The rear hydraulic brake is not good enough due to too much air. Obviously been in storage a long time. He now says he can pump oil into the system at extra cost. Have contacted customer support and still waiting The Company claim to offer a 15 day return but they are reusing to refund me even though imo the bike is faulty and unsafe. Stay away from this Company
