Shambles of a Company
Ordered a centre piece light fitting, which wasn't that cheap, waited nearly two and a half months and nothing has arrived. Customer service via email is a joke, they simply told me it had been sent, along with a tracking number that means nothing and is untrackable. When I asked for a refund I was told that once it's been dispatched, that's it, no money back. Unbelievably two days after my post on Trust Pilot, the light arrived, so I have upgraqed my rating to two stars.
