Banggood. First and last time I'll order anything from these cowboys..
First time I've ordered anything from Banggood, ordered item (luckily small value) on 4th March 2020, it is now 4th May 2020 and no sign. I've been in touch with their customer services but their stock answer is basically, wait and check at the local post office to see if they have it. Now I have put in a claim for a refund via PayPal, and guess what, Banggood are still saying the same old story. Sorry Banggood, I gave you a chance but I won't be attempting to buy from you again. Very poor show. UPDATE July 8th 2020. After numerous emails with Banggood, (achieving nothing, just delaying tactics from Banggood and a waste of my time) my claim from PayPal has finally paid off and PayPal has refunded my payment.
