Updating this to say they have now refunded by payment as I was unable to use the service. Please look at all the 1 star reviews saying that they didn't get the service they paid for and that they want a refund as per the 7 day money back guarantee. Not one single reply from the company says they will action the refund. Every reply says we will deal with the technical issue. This is a blatant tactic to avoid refunding and to drive people to just forfeit the money.

Beware - you wont get your money back.

After quite a bit of to-ing and fro-ing I have now had a refund through my paypal account. Beware - you pay your money and then it is hit and miss. The 30 day free period didn't materialise but I was reassured by the 7 day money back guarantee. Unfortunately that isn't worth the paper it's written on. Read the small print and you will find that they don't refund in any circumstances. Within an hour I knew that this wasn't going to be able to provide the recovery I needed but no-one was answering their phone number and when I emailed they said that unless there was a technical fault in their product they don't refund. Buyer beware.
