The build quality is excellent
The build quality is excellent, with the F20 Mate HS I bought very solid and it looks great. Many great features such as indicators, rear view mirrors and folding up were great. Delivery was quick, on time and delivered in a good state. The additional items (bike cover, lock and tools etc) were very good . Only two minor issues - as usual, the user guide is hopeless (doesn't tell you how to change the settings, and I have to resort to Youtube to work out how to set Walking mode). The "installation" parts of the manual are reasonably well set out (BEWARE ! folding/unfolding the bike is difficult due to it's weight) Also, I am a bit miffed with the size of the extra-large rear basket. The size of this item is not listed anywhere on the web page, and it is a LOT wider than the width of the bike. I have very limited space to get the bike out of it's storage area - with the extra-large basket the bike won't fit. It's now a waste of money as I can't use it. You MUST make sure the tires are inflated to the correct pressure (it's on the side of each tire) so the bike is level when ridden. I found the switch from two wheeled bikes to the trike difficult at first - you can't lean with your body to turn the bike. Youtube videos help with tips on this.
