Great Results, But A LONG Wait.
The product is great - the images came out great, and matched my design pretty well. The materials are of good quality and the kit fits really well. I've only used it once, so not sure how it will wear over time, but so far so good. I only gave 4 stars because it took a VERY long time to get the goods. Normally they say 15 days for production and then 15 days for shipping. I ordered in May, and didn't get my kit until mid-August. Customer service was good in that they explained they had factory issues, but I started to lose faith I was ever going to get my stuff. However, it did ship, and when I finally got it, I loved it! Incidentally, despite the long wait, I decided to order a winter kit from them, almost immediately after I got my summer kit. Excited to get that - hopefully sooner than 2 months later.
