Hannah, The none pushing support emloyee!
Hannah, my support agent was not pushing to make a quick sale. She was really helpfull and took all the time I needed to decide which model to buy. I emailed the company that my dropbox link wasn't working. Return mail, with correct link came in 22 minutes later. I will order a machine, thanks to the unbelievable support I received from Hannah!
