Great bike, responsive support
Ordered a C29L e-bike from Duotts. Shipping from Poland to Sweden hit some delays and rough handling on UPS's end (customs holds, a bit of cosmetic damage on arrival), but that was down to the carrier, not Duotts. Their customer support (shoutout to Joy) was responsive throughout, quickly sorted a replacement charger after a mix-up and worked with me on resolving the shipping damage. Good experience overall once things got moving. Bike itself is great.
