A mishap
I tried buying a serial key for the bundle version of Europa Universalis IV + Crusader Kings 2 last week and AFTER the money had been deducted from my account I recieved an email telling me that the order had been cancelled due to the product being out of stock. This was a little bit disturbing but I accepted it as a misstake and just bought the game at another reseller. Now, a full week later I recieved another email telling me that the order had been completed and that I had a serial key for Europa Universalis IV (note that it was not the bundle version) waiting for me on the website. There where two problems with this: 1. They told me that the order had been cancelled so I bought the game at another reseller which renders it useless to me. 2. The game was not the one that I had ordered, I registered an order for the bundle version of two games but only recieved a completed order for one of those. So I end up one game short which makes the completed order even more useless to me (if that is even possible). EDIT: After contact with the support they now gave me a 10 euro credit on their website. The whole thing appears to have been a simple mistake but none the less a mistake that should never had occured. The 10 euro credit is enough to account for the 1 missing game, but it still does not account for me having two copies of the same game. The support service via email appears to be quite good and I will probably use this reseller again with the hope that this was just a one time mishap.
