Appalling service from Sainsburys online chat. Spoke to a very rude lady Marie. After I placed an online shop I tried to amend this order, First I spoke to a agent overseas who told me someone would ring me (no call arrived) Then I spoke to a online chat Marie who was rude and said it would take 72 hours for this problem to be sorted. Terrible website and service
