Good customer service and easy ordering process.
This is the second time I have ordered from Eclipse Cycling. The design and ordering process is pretty easy. If you pick images that are not of adequate quality, the representative will let you know so you can find a better one. Some personal knowledge of PhotoShop or some other image editing software is helpful so you can provide them with the best image possible. The jerseys are of good quality and the bib shorts have a nice thick and what seems to be a good quality pad. Good fitting and comfortable seams and cuffs. Zippers function well and seem to be of good quality as well. One tip, if you are designing your own jersey and/or shorts, look for the Eclipse Cycling logos on their web site and add them in for discounted pricing on your kit. I didn't find out about this until near the end of the process, so I was only able to add the logo to the jerseys, but I still got somewhat of a discount, just not as much as I would have if I had it on the shorts as well.
