Good website, poor fulfilment.
Bought a phone off them, it turned up eventually, took long enough for me to email them, and I got a reply, of sorts, I set up an account, can't get into it. Too difficult to deal with, probably wouldn't use again. Alarmed by all the positive reviews in here which are obviously written by the same person - that's the end for me, I'll find the product elsewhere. It's shame because the website is excellent - let down by poor fulfilment and scary tactics.
