Solution- Try This
Not a company I would purchase from again. After requesting updates and receiving none, I politely stated that I will be doing a chargeback (MAGIC WORD) if no updates were provided within 3 hrs. I received a response within minutes, at this point I wasn't impressed. Waited a day and then flagged the charge on my credit card. Provided all the evidence needed to for a reversal of a credit card payment & all was well in my world again. Hope this was helpful.
