Rude behavior//dubios
Overall not really satisfied. There was an missing item in the Mount and Blade collection I bought on this web site. The only answer from support was: 'Don't be so cocky. The product you purchased is already cheap. You have no demand for the missing item. You can get 2,00 euros instead.' In my opinion that isn't the right way to treat customers. No empathy, dashing manner. Really short answers without talking to customer by name. Nonserious.
