Messaged me in 2020 as a potential supplier for my business. I make all of my silk accessories in house so let them know I wasn't looking for a supplier. Imagine my surprise when I find Taihu Snow using my own images on their Alibaba page in 2026. Clearly not a company to be trusted if they ignore copyright and intellectual property so blantantly.
Despite knowing about their copyright infringement by using my photos for their own profit, they have continued to use them. I can only assume that Taihu Snow support copyright infringement and profiting from my work from this continued use.

I found photos from my business being…
I found photos from my business being used by ElleSilk on their Pinterest to direct traffic to their own website. I believe using the hard work of a small business to profit for their own gain is immoral and wrong. When I contacted ElleSilk, they stopped responding when I asked them to pay a license fee for the unauthorised use of my photo (this is common practice for copyright infringement). This alone should tell you everything about how this company operates without any sense of right and wrong. Furthermore, I believe ElleSilk tried to remove my previous review for defamation. Defamation only occurs if it is untrue and I have proof through screenshots and video recordings of ElleSilk using my photos for their own commercial purposes.

Stolen my photo to promote their own services so are happy to steal from small businesses for their own commercial benefit
Edit: I can see I sent an invoice for the unauthorised use of my photo on 4th March 2025 and I have a screenshot of the use. I will only consider this resolved when my invoice has been paid as simply removing my photo does not undo the use.
