This is a SCAM
This is a SCAM. Do not buy. I made an order back in June. In October I still hadn’t received anything. I’ve been in contact with them since July and they refuse to give me a refund. I keep getting offered % off my next purchase which is pointless and I’ll never buying from them again and still they refuse to refund me. I have given them enough chances to make it right. I shall be reporting this In all channels I can until it’s resolved. Complete scam. DO NOT BUY. REPLY/Additional note: the reply below is misleading - as if they innocently did not know of the issue and are “oh so willing” to resolve. Not true. I have now exchanged dozens of emails with “lina719”, Lina1003”, “Doreen0105” etc etc where they repeatedly say “so sorry. We value you. Accept xx% discount on your next order”. I do NOT want a discount. I want my money back. They said they shipped - I had no choice or control over the courier that was chosen by this company, there is no tracking number, no proof, nothing. I receive hundreds of deliveries from all over the world every year as we are a big family and never had issues (or any that couldn’t be resolved). So in the most optimistic and generous instance, this would come down to their choice of “cheap” courier. In the worse case, it’s plain fraud. I paid 100% of the cost (and unfortunately it was a large order or would have moved on with my life!) so have no intention to be happy with a 10% refund. The whole thing is frustrating and ridiculous. So whilst I have to fight this out, to any new customers, avoid the pain and do NOT buy. I shall update this review accordingly with any conclusions.
