AVOID!!! They don’t release funds!!!
I too am in the same position as other here whereby my sale completed on the 10th April, and still today I have not received my money….nor has my Estate Agent been paid. I had an email from David Kreamer (accountant) yesterday that the monies would be paid today and they still haven’t been. I’ve spoken to the Legal Ombudsman who advised putting in a formal complaint with the company….which I did yesterday (20th April) and still nothing (although they did acknowledge receipt of the formal complaint by return of email. The Legal Ombudsman then advised that I needed to wait 8 weeks and if they still haven’t resolved the complaint, refer the matter to them. Then there is a 20-24 week wait for them to accept new cases. We are going to lose our house purchase if they don’t get my money to me in the next few weeks. Avoid at all costs. They may cheap but they are shoddy!!!!!
