Ignored
I used music notes for a year with no issues, but then my subscription renewed and it doesnt acknowledge this on my phone. The company knew this was an issue and although helpful at first, they now ignore my requests for a refund of my subscription that I haven't been able to use for 3 months. I have emailed them on 3 occasions and they dont reply. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THEM. Utterly disgraceful. I just want my money back for something that you know doesnt work.
