Nice item but very late delivery
Bought a bedroom stool in July and it still hadn’t arrived. I sent emails requesting a refund only to be told it’s in transit. Requested a refund numerous times only to be told refunds are not given as the item has been sent out but must be stuck in customs. Was later offered a freebie of a tacky child’s light with my next order. I told them I did not need anything else from them I just want my money back. However it did eventually arrive. Stool seems fairly sturdy and does look pretty good people have commented on it saying how nice it looks. It works very well and the stool can rise and lower very smoothly. Must admit it is a nice item and works well.Was easy to put together. Overall worth waiting for.
