Cooker just not arriving
We ordered a cooker for the Isle of Man which was due to be delivered mid-May - still NOTHING - totally useless. We are going to order from another company. I have never had such awful lack of service and no communication despite repeated phone-calls and emails. Edit - NOW they decide they can be bothered to communicate because it is a public bad review. Too little too late and VERY unimpressive that this is the only time they bother. Shows their priority is not customer service at all.
