Account locked for no reason and ignored
I was a customer for 10 years, and then I had to contact them regarding a simple billing issue. All of a sudden, I get a compliance survey which I filled in, and then account was locked without explanation. Countless emails ignored, and I can only assume my account and all of my numbers are gone forever. Avoid like the plague.
