There should be a rating for 0 stars. Like others we have been trying for ages to get our order. Asked for a refund this has been ignored. They continue to ask for a street name, then asking for a number. Explained to them that we live in an Old School in the country. ( No Street name or Number. So sent them a number 'Room 1'). Received next email instalment, Can you complete the attached form with street and number. And your telephone number. All this detail they have had, so they are obviously totally incompetent. (Maybe should have moved to a farm so these rustlers could steal some cattle.) But they would not be able to find, it as there would be no number or street name.
