Misleading return policy and poor customer service I ordered several belts from this company, but there was no sizing information on the website. When the belts arrived, they were all far too small. I contacted customer service to arrange a return, but their responses made it almost impossible to send the items back. They insisted I ship the belts to China at my own cost, warned that customs fees might apply, and even asked me to declare a false value ($5) on the customs form — which is completely unacceptable. Instead of offering a proper return or refund, they suggested I just keep the items and take a £5–£7 “compensation”. The whole experience felt unprofessional and dishonest. Their website lacks basic product details, and their return policy is designed to discourage legitimate returns. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company.
