Can only speak to someone via email - auto reply saying will take 10 days to investigate! In the meantime am £150 out of pocket with no shoes. No offer to send replacement or refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HOKA ONLINE - use Sportshoes.com or another provider HOKA are a disgrace and absolute scam! Have raised claim with bank and will not be buying direct again!
