I am truly astonished by the poor service the company provides. ( ok-Living) I bought a Charlotte vanity table, and a little under a year later, the rail on the drawer fell off and cannot be reattached. They can’t provide me with a new rail so I can fix it myself, but they’re willing to give me 150 kroner so I can search the internet myself to see if there’s one that might fit… but can’t find them anywhere:(
