Didnt get a key after 1 month, support banned my account because I opened a ticket.
I have purchased a key for Battlefield 4 premium. After 3 weeks still no key, so I sent them a mail. 1 week after that still no answer so I open a ticket. Then someone tells me : You opened up a dispute instead of contacting us or waiting for the keys, when our system detects disputes auto banned user account which is why you are banned. WHAT! Cant I open a ticket when I fell I got ripped off. My payment was succesfull and so was the order itself. I demand my key or a refund, to settle this and I can be positive about this company. ***UPDATE*** 09-JAN-14 I have posted a message on facebook and they instantly gave answer. They unbanned me and I found my key, but it is already used so when I asked them to help they respond like "lol this Lol that" they should be more professional with handling customer instead of treating them like kids. I will post an update if they help me with a valid key. Regards, Kevin
