First Time Ordering - Will Be Coming Back!
Had a great interaction and really helpful staff guide me go through this ordering process for my first set of merchandise! Shout out to Helia :) I wanted to explore other items to make but wasn't too sure how to go about it. First thing I did was hit "request quote" and not too long after, I was reached out for personalized help on multiple items I was considering. I was able to view proofs to approve and sample products to ensure it came out the way I wanted! Shipping was quicker than I expected which is a big plus. Once I received the items in person, the quality was better than expected too. For my first set of products: I liked the weight and feel of the decision coins, the mouse pads had vibrant color, and my acrylics came out pretty solid. I would definitely go through them again especially with their huge catalogue.
