Nightmare !! Just use Amazon
As lockdown started in mid March my watch strap broke. Ordered a new one from MiniInTheBox. Chased several times but they had no ability to trace shipment. Told me to wait three months and after several e-mails gave me a number to take to my local post office. As you would expect the local Post Office had no way to trace the package either from the number given. After three months went back to Company with fourth e-mail and they said they would give a refund if it did not arrive in next month. Gave up, ordered a new watch strap from Amazon (similar price) that arrived two days later. To finish me off original order arrived two days before four months was up so I now have a watch strap I do not need. Comical as thankfully it was only £11 but please save yourself a load of hassle and shop elsewhere !!! In fairness after this review was posted the Company contacted me and are giving me a refund. Frustarting they did not act quicker but have to give them some credit for contacting me. Gave them another star for their response.
