Poor quality customer pays nearly £20 postage to return
I ordered a dachshund necklace which I accepted would made of base metal. What arrived was a pathetic, flimsy which looked like something for a small child or out of a Xmas cracker. The cost was £48. The return address was in China even though it was almost certainly dispatched to me from within the UK. The cost of return £19.90. It is dishonest for a supplier not to state their return conditions. Obviously the condition that return to China with the necessary customs paperwork is designed to dissuade buyers to return there rubbish product.
