no confirmation email
I booked hotel for 4 nights with this website over a week ago and still have got no email of confirmation or voucher to present at the hotel for check in. I had to contact the hotel myself to see if my booking was even made. olotels does not have any way to contact them on their website, no phone number, no email only a contact engine that does not work. very annoyed customer. after posting on here my problem olotels replied very promptly and sorted out the issue. I would like to thank them for their quick resolution and would like to say that I will use their booking site again in the future. happy customer.
